Working for various Architects, Projex Limited have been delivering high quality new homes, extensions and renovations for two decades. We have completed various projects right across Dublin area. With our broad project management experience, we pride ourselves in making every effort to complete any project we take on on time and within budget.

Design and Build Projects

Projex Limited offer design & build packages directly to the client. Design & build projects give the client one point of contact throughout a given project. This negates the client from having to consult and account for the Architect, engineers, quantity surveyor separately etc as their expertise is accounted for and handled within the D&B package.

Our design and build projects to date have included everything from one off houses, extensions and garden rooms to kitchen/bathroom refurbishments.

Maintaince contracts

Our maintenance division offer all aspects of maintenance and building management contracts. We currently handle maintenance to both commercial offices and residential buildings in Dublin City and South County Dublin.
